Marking a milestone year, the 15th Annual Convention of the Pakistan Coalition for Education (PCE) brought together civil society leaders, grassroot members, education experts, policymakers, youth and academia. This year’s convention was particularly significant, as it coincided with PCE’s 20th Anniversary, reflecting two decades of commitment to bridging grassroots voices, policy engagement, and education transformation in Pakistan.
Under the theme, “People’s Agenda for Transforming Education – From Silos to Systems”, the convention focused on fostering collaboration, mainstreaming marginalized voices to advocate for an inclusive, and forward-looking education system in Pakistan.
In collaboration with TaxEd Alliance, PCE organized a two-day training workshop on Education Financing and Tax Justice providing critical insights into tax justice, progressive taxation, and their implications for education financing.
